Application of aluminum alloy high-voltage cables for EVs

Introduction: Aluminum alloy power cables are new material power cables that use special roll-formed wire stranding production processes and advanced technologies such as annealing treatment.

Features: Through process adjustment, the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy conductors are greatly improved, avoiding the problems of low elongation, poor creep resistance, and poor flexibility of pure aluminum conductors, and increasing the connection reliability of cable systems.

Application: Automotive aluminum alloy charging cables play an important role in modern electric vehicles, mainly due to their lightness and cost-effectiveness. With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market, the demand for automotive cables is also increasing, especially those cable solutions that can provide better energy efficiency and reduce vehicle weight.
