Role Overview: "The Global Pulse"
In a decentralized organization, timing is everything. The Calendar Team is the engine that keeps our global "University" running in sync. You are responsible for managing the organizational schedule, ensuring that hundreds of volunteers across dozens of time zones—from California to Nairobi to Jakarta—know exactly when and where to meet.
Key Responsibilities
Global Schedule Management: Maintain and update the master IHF calendar for all Division and Team meetings.
Time-Zone Synchronization: Translate meeting times
