We help a startup and indie artist in raising funds unto $50,000 for their initial product launch for market validation. The funds are raised via a large pool of micro backers(investors) without diluting their equity! How? In return, backers receives PoolFunders Tokens (TPFT) as rewards, deployed on the Polygon Chain Today’s biggest issue is to get verified projects for investors (VC and Angels). Investors are highly cautious of their investing on pre revenue projects. The catch-22 situation is almost with everyone, startup and investor. Startups need funds to bring their idea to the market for validation whereas, Investors need market validation before they can fund. This trivial situation creates complexity on both ends. Breaking this deadlock is crucial, and we believe we've found an innovative solution.
