Nobody needs a life coach!

It's true. Nobody needs a life coach. Over the last 9 years, I've worked with around 500 clients and none of them needed a life coach. However, all of them wanted a life coach, a guide, support, a sounding board, a mentor, someone who would hold them accountable, and a kick them up the ass when they needed it.

Life coaching is for people who want it, not for people who need it.

The best time to start working with a life coach is when:

1. You're ready to apply yourself

2. You're ready to bring your A-game

3. You're ready to make changes to your life and your behavior

4. You have an open mind

5. You're ready to do things differently

6. You're ready to take full responsibility for your life

7. You're ready to invest in yourself

8. You're ready to be challenged

9. You want to work with a professional who has your best interest as the primary goal
