The households that have water pipes below their floors certainly need the underfloor insulation. During the seasons of cold temperatures, water pipes are very much vulnerable to bursting if the water within them gets freeze. The pipelines are very much near the floor now but are not normally monitored by the residents. Pipe portions may be placed in extremely cold places near or below the floor, and the owner would never acknowledge the possibility of pipes freezing.
